The building, which meets “Triple A” standards, will be located in a new area of Buenos Aires known as Parque de la Innovación. Situated in a strategic, easily accessible location, it forms part of this new hub for the city, which will foster the activities of entrepreneurs, students, and researchers.

The building’s form consists of two volumes joined transversely, creating an overall harmonious synthesis. The project seeks to embody the synergy and unity that serve as the cornerstone of the Parque de la Innovación master plan. It is a manifesto of coexistence and interrelation between public and private institutions in Argentina and around the world, with a special focus on education, health, and exponential technologies.

The design concept meets the requirements of the code established for this new area of the Federal Capital. The office floors are open-plan, measuring 820 m², and the ground floor features three pedestrian entrances that organize circulation flows.
