The distinctive residential building rises from three premises: to create a complex that is functional yet contemporary without being ephemeral; to make the Río de la Plata the great protagonist through direct views from every unit; and to incorporate a complex mixed-use programme in which its functions do not work against one another.

To achieve this, the project begins with two towers. The smaller one houses compact and mid-size units while the larger one contains medium and large units. Both towers feature penthouses at their crowns, with terraces and private swimming pools.

These towers rotate positively on their longitudinal axis, allowing all units to face the Buenos Aires skyline and the river. This is made possible by the vertical stacking strategy conceived for the complex: a commercial podium of more than 1,000 sqm, 4 levels of parking above, the amenities floor, and a structural transition level — which results in the first residential floor of both buildings sitting at the equivalent height of a ninth storey.

Its programme reflects the diversity of contemporary lifestyles, with units ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms up to penthouses, parking spaces accommodating more than two vehicles for select units, and amenities including lounges, gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and sauna.

The project demanded comprehensive innovation and design that generates added value from its very inception — not only through the views but also through quality. Its footprint is materialized from two conjugated ellipses resembling a figure eight lying on its side, synthesizing the concept of infinity. From this, in the universal language, Infinity is born.
