Located in a privileged spot with postcard-like panoramic views of Libertador and Figueroa Alcorta avenues, with large green spaces in the surrounding areas, it was decided, despite the small size of the land, to exploit the views by placing the circulation core opposite the facade of the lot. The open facades enable panoramic views from the balconies, which have sun protections through awnings and railings in the form of “treillage” that act as sunshades without interrupting the view.
Creating a structure without beams allowed flexibility in the arrangement and variations in proportions, flexibilizing the open floor plan in a revolutionary and innovative attitude for the time.
In the apartments, only the main bedroom is defined; the living room, dining room, and study are integrated with the best perspectives towards the river, even the service area has views, something uncommon for the time.
The entrance lobby is generously proportioned, with glazed walls facing the adjacent plaza creating a large visual space generated by the greenery outside. Walls clad in rustic stone, mirrors and plastics, a suspended wooden ceiling, special granite mosaic flooring, and columns clad with crushed stone make up the palette of materials used.
