The Poseidón Laguna site has a privileged seafront location on the highway and at the edge of Laguna del Diario. The project defines a complex of 3 towers — “Mar,” “Central,” and “Laguna” — arranged in a “C” shape, with the “Poseidón” house as the focal centerpiece. This is a grand residence of approximately 800 sqm, part of the history of Punta del Este, designed in 1978 by Uruguayan architect Samuel Flores Flores (1933–2017).

The buildings contain a semi-basement level with parking, storage rooms, and service areas. To maintain and reinforce the character of a grand park, the exposed roof surfaces of the basement are conceived as green spaces. On the ground floor, common-use spaces are located, such as the double-height entrance lobby connecting the towers, the management office, and the children’s lounge, as well as residential units.

From the 1st floor, apartments with various typologies are developed, ranging from studio units to 3-bedroom apartments. Most units have access to at least two façades with generous terraces on both sides, guaranteeing spectacular views and excellent natural light and ventilation. Toward the top, the towers step back progressively, generating notable expansions of these terraces.

Through the lobby, access is connected from La Odisea street and the park surrounding the Poseidón house. The house itself is fully renovated as an amenities space. Among the facilities on offer are meeting rooms, barbecue areas, a spa, gym, changing rooms, as well as indoor and outdoor swimming pools with sunbathing areas — all set within a grand park with unmatched views of both the sea and Laguna del Diario.

The towers, with their stepped heights toward the edges, together with the surrounding trees, form a backdrop to the view of the Poseidón house from the highway.
