The new headquarters of The Senior Home assisted living center chain is located in the Nordelta Civic Center, in the northern part of the province of Buenos Aires. The project specifications include various requirements, and all daily living activities must be centralized within a single building.

The design concept involves occupying most of the site while complying with existing code requirements, proposing a terraced, U-shaped building with an open perimeter. The premise of terraced design across all levels of living units is intended to create communal spaces connected to nature within immediate proximity.

The ground floor houses administrative spaces, a meeting room, a bar, a dining room, recreation rooms, and various therapy areas. The private living units, each approximately 40 m², are organized on the upper levels. The fourth level is specifically designated for intensive care, featuring more specialized rooms. The terrace level includes open spaces, a pool, and a solarium.

Although this is a commission with an established brand identity and strict requirements in the program of needs, the studio proposes a design language that takes advantage of the perimeter ventilation, emphasizing horizontal lines through a white edge beam with characteristic black brackets.
