The project was designed around a contemporary architectural style that takes full advantage of its prime oceanfront location, placing special emphasis on its views. This is achieved through the layout of the development and the connection of its units to the outdoors, via spacious terraces with ocean-facing views, gardens, and communal open spaces.

The complex consists of three five-story residential blocks, along with the amenities building and the entrance and services building. All of them are surrounded by landscaped green areas and common spaces such as the pool with a sun deck, the gym and yoga room, the multipurpose room with grills, the tennis court, and the children’s play area, among others.

All components are connected via a system of internal roads—both vehicular and pedestrian—that link the common areas with the ground-floor entrances of each building. These buildings feature a complimentary parking area, pedestrian access, and ramps for entering and exiting the underground parking garages.

Each building features ground-floor units with their own garden and private pool overlooking the sea, units on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors with spacious terraces, and finally, 4th-floor units or “penthouses” that stand out for their expansive space with 360-degree panoramic views located on the top level.

A project featuring design lines that combine elements of pure geometry with high-quality materials and simple, elegant solutions utilizing new technologies.
