Located in the Núñez neighbourhood of Buenos Aires, the building sits on Av. Libertador in direct connection with multiple public transport systems. The building comprises 26 floors ranging from 1,250 to 2,900 sqm, reaching 60,000 sqm of leasable office space.

The building volume steps back from Avenida Libertador, generating a large urban space that simultaneously serves as an entrance.

Its volume is composed of two interlocked and offset cubes, each clad in a different material. The curtain wall is made up of two types of glass — one dark, one clear and fully colourless. To accentuate their difference, the dark glass is installed on a flush joinery system while the clear glass is set on a surface of inclined planes with varying projections relative to the façade plane, forming a “diamond façade.”

The building holds LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification, pursuing a sustainable site, energy and water efficiency, interior air quality, and comfort conditions in terms of temperature, humidity, and air velocity.
