An architectural complex has been designed on a site with particular conditions due to its location and generous dimensions, with access to two streets Av. Del Libertador and Migueletes, between Ortega y Gasset and San Benito de Palermo on its almost 6200 sqm. with a frontage of 70 m.

Along Libertador the project comprises two 15-storey semi-towers and a central 40-storey tower, all residential.

The privileged site, directly across from the Argentine Racecourse, inspired an open project, allowing all floors to have panoramic views permitting a visual “sweep” from Avenida del Libertador far to the north to its confluence at Av. Sarmiento in Palermo, always framed by the Río de la Plata and the Metropolitan Airport.

Thus, two 15-storey semi-towers were arranged on Av. Libertador each with an area of 5200 sqm. and a central 40-storey tower with an approximate area of 25,000 sqm., with the buildings arranged this way, a large central space was generated that gives the complex a great perspective, which values and highlights the tower within the urban fabric. Arranged this way with an important central plaza, the side buildings serve as a frame to one of the tallest and slenderest buildings in Buenos Aires.

This free-standing building possesses the gift of monumental height, a freedom in its surrounding free space, in a manner similar to what happens in a monument or a statue. There are few examples in Buenos Aires that provide a similar response to such a challenge, and we can affirm that here it is achieved thanks to a bold and well-thought-out project.
