The project is composed of a residential complex located at stop 35 of Playa Brava, Punta del Este, consisting of ten blocks, six of which face the promenade with views of the sea and four overlooking the mouth of the Arroyo Maldonado with views of La Barra.

The guiding idea starts from units with generous spaces and wide views, for which a curved arrangement was chosen for the placement of the blocks, thereby ensuring an interesting multiplication of vantage points.

An innovative element was providing complex access from the rear via an internal street. This decision made it possible to create, at ground floor level, units with large private green areas and swimming pools which, thanks to the natural topography of the site, also enjoy good views without sacrificing privacy.

At the top of each block is the penthouse, with private terraces and pools. The amenities programme is duplicated for each cluster, comprising indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gym, barbecue area, multipurpose lounges, and a business center.

The Tiburón Terrazas development proved to be a highly successful project, with outstanding location, design, and construction standards — all ingredients of great importance.
