Located within the Complejo Al Río, its surroundings and urban insertion are particularly distinctive.

To the East, the Río de la Plata with its coastal parkway, which implies a total sense of openness and contact with nature, and to the West, Av. Del Libertador with all services and public transportation. There, the access to the building is generated, through a dry plaza and a system of escalators surrounded by gastronomic premises and expansions to the public space, in the middle of the Masterplan of the Complex.

A 160-metre-long volume with a commercial podium on the ground floor, elevated to 6 meters in height. Three office levels with 16 modules, organized in 4 vertical cores. This allows great flexibility, generating units ranging from 150 sqm to 600 sqm with cores that help divide their flows.

Given its length, a formal approach was chosen that fragments the volume, through a system of balconies and metal structure parasols with horizontals so that the vegetation intertwines. A formal gesture that relates to the environment and empathy with sustainability where the building certifies within the LEED protocol.
