On the largest block we designed the building to house the international Hilton hotel chain and the South Convention Center.

The construction can be seen as divided into two main pragmatic parts: The first is where the 452 hotel rooms are located, forming a “U” around a 750m2 atrium to which all the circulation areas open. From the 1st to the 7th floor there are 356 standard rooms; between the 8th and 9th floors are the executive rooms, separated from the previous ones as they are located above the roof level, allowing the formation of garden terraces.

The second part is dedicated to hosting all types of convention spaces and is connected to the first through the vertical circulation core, which has two elevators and escalators for exclusive use.

The basement consists of two multipurpose halls, one of 9,000 sqm and another of 1,725 sqm. On the lower levels there are meeting rooms, and located between the 7th and 8th floors is a health center accessible to hotel guests and also external visitors entering from the ground floor elevator. The presidential suite is located on the ninth floor of this sector, encompassing the work of 70,000 sqm.
