Located just over 100 meters from Avenida General Paz stands Libertador 174, a tower intended for offices that is part of a larger architectural complex, giving rise to the formation of the administrative and commercial axis of Avenida Del Libertador in the locality of Vicente López.

The building is defined by a free ground floor with entrances and security, with courtesy parking and gardens. The tower continues from the first floor (1st F) to the fifteenth floor (15th F), forming an open plan with a service core set back. The sixteenth floor (16th F) shares the use of archive rooms with elevator machine rooms and patios. It will have two levels of underground parking and services, and on the rooftop level there will be water tanks, low voltage cells, and thermomechanical equipment.

The building is developed from a reinforced concrete structure, with the typical floor characterized by slab floors without beams. The facade enclosure is made up of a curtain wall with carpentry of high thermal performance and acoustic absorption.
