The 24,500 sqm office building is located on Blas Parera street, at the intersection of the Panamericana Highway and San Lorenzo street, Olivos, Buenos Aires Province.

Designed prioritising panoramic views, its core is located at the centre of the floor plan, achieving a building with a free perimeter. Its 9 office floors have 70 linear meters of frontage.

The building’s form was shaped by the terrain’s morphology, surrounded by a series of trees that create a green mantle which was sought to be respected and valued.
