Over the last decade, the changes in communications and the growth of motorways have produced in large cities around the world (Buenos Aires is no exception) a decentralizing phenomenon of administrative functions. One of the results of this fact is the typology called “office parks,” whose fundamental characteristics are reflected and improved in the project developed by our studio for Hines Argentina, called North Park.

The concept consists of two volumes offset along their axis of symmetry, giving each of them distinct characteristics. Through this resource, we were able to generate the synthesis of the self-imposed requirements and those of the client since we managed to give air to the complex by moving away from the municipal lines, generating in turn large gardens, perspective towards the complex, and, therefore, hierarchy.

The apparent fragmentation created by the offset is neutralized by two conjugated virtual curved planes that sew the volumes together and create the finishes of the cores of each body.

The sum of the architectural-formal concepts will give the complex a quick and clear identification, making it a landmark in a short time.
