WAVE is Mario Roberto Álvarez’s project in Vicente López, representing in his final work the perfect balance between functionality, elegance and synthesis. Razón e imaginación. Tradición y vanguardia.

The project is located on the iconic Av. Libertador, between the river and the city. The 17-story building features fully furnished 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments. It also includes green spaces, recreational areas, and amenities such as a central pool, 4 barbecue areas, 2 sun decks, a multipurpose room, a gym, and a sauna, among others.
