At km 60.5 of route 8, on a site surrounded by 27-hole golf courses within the Pilar Golf private neighbourhood, stands the Hilton Pilar Hotel.

The hotel is entered through the ground floor, beneath a 12-metre cantilevered glass canopy, leading to the grand quintuple-height atrium and to the Lobby Bar, the Rincón del Fuego, and the restaurant featuring a show kitchen. These spaces are also connected to the exterior, with tables and armchairs overlooking the island and the surrounding lagoon.

The ground floor also features a Spa with indoor and outdoor pool, management offices, and the large kitchen, while within the hidden voids below, the double-height ballroom is located in the basement.

The hotel has a large foyer connecting to an open-air amphitheatre. The basement also contains the pre-function area, through which access is gained to the divisible Ballroom — separated by folding acoustic walls and with a capacity of 700 people — equipped with the latest technology in communications and projection systems.

The mezzanine houses the upper Spa level and gymnasium, and in the left wing, the Meeting Room sector and Executive Lounge with access to a wide terrace offering sweeping views. The upper guest room floors are developed across the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd levels, with a total of 171 rooms, among which the Presidential Suite stands out.
