The Libertador 700 project is located on a narrow plot between party walls, which seeks to detach itself from them by generating a protruding volume that makes the building stand free from its neighbors, covered with a glazed envelope accompanied by continuous horizontals belonging to the Curtain Wall that clads the facades.

The office building is resolved over 14 floors and 3 basement levels, the main and vehicular access is on Av. del Libertador, both the service core and the vehicular ramp are developed at the rear of the building, which allows for a free frontage over a large commercial space on the ground floor.

As a crown to the building, a garden terrace is proposed, thus generating a plus in the offices that then have green outdoor expansion spaces for the use of all the building’s users.
