Located in front of the Río de la Plata and flanked by the Puerto Madero docks, “Madero Riverside” is an office building of 27,600 sqm.

The project is located a few blocks from the Buenos Aires business district. Easily accessible and surrounded by an extensive public transportation network. It consists of eight open floors of 1411 sqm, a commercial area of 3634 sqm on the first basement level, and two more parking levels. On the ground floor, there are four pedestrian entrances organizing the circulation flows.

The office sector features Curtain Wall glazing on its facades and thanks to the location of the service core on the East side, the floors remain open, contributing to the flexibility provided by the modulation and achieving good natural lighting.

The building is designed to certify under LEED – Core & Shell 2009 as a Green Building.
