The project is sited on 8,900 square metres of coastland in Punta del Este, Uruguay. A 24-story tower with fully equipped apartments is being built. Specifically located on the Rambla de la Playa Brava, between Avenida Roosevelt and Avenida del Mar.

Tiburón III is located at a completely central point in Punta del Este. Facing the ocean and surrounded by nature, close to every important point of the resort; with great proximity to the busiest centers: La Punta and La Barra.

The tower concept is to create a regular volume with a curved frontal addition with the concave side facing the sea. This arrangement allows for a greater perimeter. This location offers great views from each of the apartments, where one can enjoy the landscape and the coast of Esteña.

The facade presents a regular grid framing the window openings. Even so, the details in the horizontal lines that make up the slabs further emphasize the differentiation of the protruding concave volume and the regular parallelepiped. The glazed treatment of the ground floor clearly differentiates the functions carried out in the building, whether collective (amenities) in the base or intimate (units) in the tower.
