The project proposes two similar mirrored buildings generating a central space along Coquimbo street, where a commercial gallery will be located in each block with expansion. United, they will create an urban space with unique characteristics in the neighborhood. At the end of the street, the views culminate against the greenery of the existing plazas, which close the complex.

Level differences between pavements and buildings will be resolved through ivy-planted areas, which will start at the same level as the sidewalk and gradually reach the access levels and public plazas with a gentle slope, generating a clear integration of the complex with the environment, avoiding any visual barrier. Following these, water ponds have been planned that run parallel to the building and the commercial plaza, giving an atmosphere of tranquility and unity to the different accesses to it. Additionally, in order to free the central street from vehicular traffic, the parking accesses have been directed to the parallel streets.

The main facades of the buildings will have a modern and sophisticated design, materialized by an aluminum curtain wall within a perimeter aluminum frame that will contain an enclosure of colored DVH (double glazed hermetic) units. The protruding aluminum profiles will give it dynamism by emphasizing its horizontality.

In adjacent public spaces, the intervention will consist of planting deciduous trees such as (specimen lindens) which, due to their size, will guarantee immediate shade and flowering species like Meylland shrub roses that will provide notes of color throughout the year. The horizontal planes will be treated with ground covers of ivy with leaves of different coloration.
